On 8/4/17 I called about a 2016 Kia Soul that I was very interested in purchasing. Talked to Henry Sugar at BMW of Columbia. He said that he would keep an eye on the car for me. Someone else tried to buy the car, but it didn't work out. Henry called me on 8/8/17 letting me know that it was available. Asked if I still wanted the car. Of course I said yes. I cannot give enough praise to the service department for dealing with an unexpected air intake problem with my X3 as I was on the last leg of a road trip on my way home to Florida.
