Very disappointed with the service! I asked for someone to look at my tire because it kept running low. I was told it was due to the cold weather. Today the tire was completely flat. I ended up having to jack the car up, took the tire off and ran water to see the bubbles coming out due to a nail. I hope this isn’t BMW standard service? You can do much better, as an organization who promotes “the Ultimate Driving Machine”
Always great service at BMW of Columbia! Brian Kelly took the time to explain and gave us a loaner so we could run errands! Even put me in my dream car for the loaner. ��
Everyone at the Two-Notch location was extremely friendly and welcoming. Charles, Richard and Tarrance were fantastic. The were very patient with me and helpful. I would recommend anyone in the market to make a visit.

Had to replace my water pump and they did it with in a timely manner and also gave me a loner car to drive until my 5 series was repaired. Very professional! Love it!

My check engine light came on as I was driving through Columbia last night on my way home. I stopped in at BMW of Columbia and was taken right in at the service department. They were quick, efficient , kind and knowledgeable. I was treated with the complimentary car wash as well. When I got in my car to drive home, I noticed they had cleaned the inside of my car as well. What a wonderful treat that was! Thank you guys!
