Supposedly did a 100 point inspection of the vehicle I bought. Come to find out that is a complete lie and talked to them about getting my hitch off my trade in have been getting the run around for over a week now. They can make things right at any time but as of now they are worth about 1 star.

No integrity. Horrible first impression. Salesman Colby promised to hold a 2011 BMW 335i for me for 3 days while out of country and ended up selling car from under my nose. I had to call to check on the car myself while in France only to be told that the General Manager told the salesman to blow me off and sell the car to someone else. I would expect an upscale BMW dealer not to act like a neighborhood “buy here, pay here” dealership. Don’t believe anything they tell you. Keeping their word is not in their business plan.
I have always been treated with the most respect whenever I had too take my BMW 528i too get it service and when I went on Saturday afternoon not only was the reflector for my car in they had a recall on my air conditioner which will be in on today. Favor of God is so awesome. Long as you put God first everything else will line up.
