RecommendedI am new to the area and needed my 2004 325CI diagnosed for a problem with my keyfobs and get my airbag replaced. Dani was awesome and stayed in touch with me as I waited. The service team took special care of my car, found the problem with a cut wire to the security system, and change out the recalled airbag. I am really pleased with the interaction, and will come back for service in the future and also when I am ready for a new BMW!

RecommendedI do because the staff is very courteous. But make sure you check your paperwork before leaving with your car to make sure the service you requested gets completed because I went on March 24 2020 & was to get a oil changed & I wanted my tires rotated. I assumed at the dealership they told me everything was done. When I got home checked the paperwork they did not rotate my tires. I was very disappointed but I try to understand. I do love the dealership

RecommendedI arrived and within (no lie) 30 mins the transaction was headed to finance. My salesman Herb was the absolute best. very kind and lay back. The finance manager Nick really listened to us. This is my second purchase from Auto Nation and I am definitely be customer for a long time.
