Great customer service and gave us 2018 bmw to use while our car was having services done great place and great service. Come out and see the cars they have would recommend them all day when they take care of you. Keep up the hard work....
Although I did not buy my BMW in Columbia my experience this week with this dealership was fantastic. Daniel was professional and extremely helpful. Both Daniel and Doug went above and beyond to assist. They never made me feel rushed even after spending 2 hours helping me with questions I had about my car. Glen the shuttle driver was awesome as well. I will definitely be going to the BMW dealership on Killian from now on.
The Service rep. and technition went over and above to fulfill my requests. I enjoy being able to come out to the shop and visually look and see the issues while the tech walks me through everything. Thanks alot for the premium experience.
I was traveling through SC and got a flat on the road around 7:00 a.m. I googled and found this BMW location. Although service was closed, Brian Kelly was there. The feeling of being stranded went away rather quickly. He took the time to help, get me checked in, and got me out and back on the road as quickly as possible. Awesome customer service!! Thank you!!
