RecommendedAlways friendly and fast. I love that I don't have to wait because they know what to do. Thank you Daniel and staff!🤗
RecommendedSam Goodwin (BMWGENIUS) was great. Not only got my iPhone connected to Bluetooth, but took the extra time to show me all the options available on my ConnectedDrive portal. Major education

Had a bad experience with BMW of Columbia service department, promises made were not kept, This dealership service department is the reason my wife is driving a Jaguar today. The sales staff may be great but with me it is all about the service.
RecommendedI just completed my first service at BMW of Columbia. The experience was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional and the work was completed as expected.
