AJ in the service department made the process of servicing my vehicle very comfortable and easy. Everyone there was very helpful.
I literally walked up minutes to closing because I couldn’t wait until morning for fear of losing out on my BMW. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Alex’s first sell. We negotiated and I drove off that night. I appreciate Alex calling the next day to see how I liked my new car. ��� I was able to find a better finance rate elsewhere but enjoyed my buying experience nonetheless. All of the staff were professional and kind.
Took my son's BMW 328i coupe in for servicing and dealt with service advisor.,Chuck Baker whom provided A1 customer service through the entire process.i am going to continue coming to BMW on killian commons pkwy.

RecommendedGreat experience yesterday and today. The advisor told me what the problem was and kept me abreast of the tests and time parameters. They also addressed and repaired BMW recalls. I own an X-3 and a M-3. I do all my routine maintenance which I find a lot easier to perform than with a Honda. The drive, handling and power, are great. I am not an employee, just a BMW enthusiast.

My overall experience with BMW of Columbia today was exceptional! The reason for my visit was to get my car serviced. The staff was welcoming, friendly and most of all professional. They even provided a loaner vehicle until all services were completed. As a matter of fact, the guys at BMW of Columbia made me feel like family. I highly recommend this dealership!
