Took a star off because service rep tried to talk me into a service that was not part of my warranty. Reasoning that I needed a realignment because SC has poor roads. I refused the service. It took a while for him to get his act together as far as attentiveness is concerned but once he found that he couldn't justify any out of warranty services he became what I would expect from a service rep.
Had a great experience in the service department in getting my vehicle serviced. The service manager walk me through everything that was checked on my vehicle. BMW of Columbia are truly professionals.

BMW of Columbia’s Service Department beat the price of another service shop that specializes in luxury vehicles. If you drive BMW, go to BMW of Columbia dealership for all of your service needs. I saved money and was treated really nice!
