The service department is awesome. Daniel Lee is the MAN!!! I took her to a well-known dealer in Georgia and they kept my car for 4 days, I drove my car for a few days and the light popped back on. However, I read a review about BMW of Columbia, if there was a check engine light indicator on, if Columbia BMW couldn't find the issue and fix it no one could. Had a great experience at BMW of Columbia. After directing me there over the phone after I got lost, my service advisor Brian greeted me by name and insured my car and I were well taken care of.
Went in for a recall and received excellent customer service from start to finish!
Agent was very helpful kept me informed with all was going on with my car. Daniel Lee was my agent very polite,showed great consideration and was prompt with assisting me. Would recommend for great service.
