A 1 day job ended up being a 2 1/2 day experience. They called and told me the car was ready. When I got there had to wait another 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. Never going again.

We live in Nashville, so Keith hand delivered our car to a third party auto mechanic, chosen by us, for the pre-owner inspection. (JB Auto in St. Pete- we highly recommend them). Our daughter loves her BMW X3!

Our 3 year old 37k mile X3 sucks, but the service department suck more. You would think they would get it right the first time. It had to take the car to completely die out on us before they figure it out (maybe). We get our car back after the fuel pump was replaced and 3 days later the check engine light comes back on again. We are getting rid of the car and getting a Tesla.
The service I received was unprofessional and offensive. I was treated as if I was not there to purchase a vehicle. Salesman Zeke Gilcrest was a joke. If you are looking to purchase a BMW please go to another dealership.
