The dealership is very accommodating. They have an efficient system for service to check in and out. If you choose to wait, then the wait time is slow, but doesn’t seem out of the ordinary when compared to other luxury auto dealers. The service waiting area is clean, comfortable, with refreshments and wi fi. I have purchased several BMWs from this dealership and will do so again.
