The quality of service is awesome. We have always got the car we wanted. The customer service that we received from Bret , Douglas was the best. They kept in touch with us through every step of the way when I purchase my X3. Bret sold us our X6 .General Manager Dan Miles was very helpful to us. The service was excellent! I hit a pothole, on the interstate, and punctuated my run-flat tire. The incident occurred after hours on a Friday night so I had my car towed to the dealership. I called the service department on Saturday morning around 7:30 - 8:00am. By 10:00am they had worked me into the schedule and replaced my tire. Brian was very pleasant about the entire experience.
Service guy was very rude. This is my first BMW and first time at Columbia BMW, not very welcoming.
Daniel was very helpful and able to get me all taken care of at very reasonable price.
Disappointed and not Happy!
