Recommendedservice department was nice though when made the reservation they said bring the car at 3:30 for diagnistics but guess they was so busy I had to uber a ride home so I could leave it overnight. if I do the repairs was told in order to get a loaner will be a 3 week wait. So in these times understandable but I need a car so hopefully repairs can be done in a day.
RecommendedI recently had my son's M3 in for new tires. Being specialty tires, they were ordered and we recieved them on the next day Jeremy Gold has always been a great service advisor. I am in and out quickly and efficiantly. During this pandemic, the dealership is clean and everyone is wearing a mask. Thank you for great service and being respectiful in wearing a mask.

The customer service at Henderson BMW as far as Manny is concerned was great. He bent over backwards for me. They should give him a raise. Dave the GM is very busy but respectful and WILL see you. As far as the director Ronnie I can’t say the same. He was condescending and brushed off my issues with a no big deal attitude. Did not try to fix ANYTHING for me. RecommendedWe just purchased two cars here (a 3 series and a 4 series), and it was such an easy and quick process. Every person we encountered at BMW of Roseville was so kind and personable, especially Joshua (our salesperson) and Tommy (in finance). They also took my trade in appraisal from carmax without any issue. I recommend working with this dealership, we had a great experience.
