BMW of Columbia’s service Department is a complete FRAUD!! AJ Perez, (our service rep) was more interested in entertaining his wife on the phone, rather than taking care of his customers that were standing right in front of him. Very rude and unprofessional! STAY AWAY from this dealership!!
RecommendedThey make your wait very pleasant. They also keep you up to date on how the service is going on your vehicle. They provide snacks/ food for the customers. I never mind when I have to wait for for service on my vehicle.
Service department was very positive and did everything they were supposed to do. Very professional and clean.
Took my car in for a manufacturer recall. While there I asked my service rep Daniel to check on an oil leak issue. He was very thorough, explained what was needed and process for getting repairs done. Daniel also asked permission to have my car washed prior to completion of service all done in less than half the time predicted. Thank you Daniel

I needed to bring my BMW in to get some recall work done. They provided a loaner car so the process was as convenient as possible. They also did a check on the rest of my car and gave me recommendations for what else needed to be done in the near future.
