I was sold a vehicle with non working tailights. I was driving with my children in the car for 10 days before getting pulled over and receiving a ticket. I took the car back where I was given a rental for a week because there was a backorder. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the dealer had replaced my non working factory lights with CHEAP AFTERMARKET parts because they said OEM was too expensive. We dropped it off and he immediately called me to confirm the work we wanted done we arrived in the office. He called me again and advised that everything was done later the same day.
