RecommendedGreat experience today! Both service and sales staff were helpful well beyond my expectation. Looking forward to dealing with them again.
RecommendedTheir customer centered service. Daniel Lee, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable, curtious and explained all issues with my car with terms I could easily understand!
RecommendedThe BMW associates are the best. Always have gotten good service.

RecommendedThere customer service is outstanding
RecommendedWe are very pleased with the new location.
RecommendedRecall was held expeditiously, everyone from the service representative on the phone to the driver that took me home was courteous & pleasant! I had a great experience!
Had a oil change and the service tech forgot to fill the oil. Returned the vehicle for oil top off. Asked to have my vehicle delivered to my house upon completion. Get home to find they delivered someone else’s vehicle! Apparently they have not noticed the mistake because I’ve heard nothing from them. I called but was told someone would call me later. Piss poor service!!
