Recall was held expeditiously, everyone from the service representative on the phone to the driver that took me home was courteous & pleasant! I had a great experience!
Had a oil change and the service tech forgot to fill the oil. Returned the vehicle for oil top off. Asked to have my vehicle delivered to my house upon completion. Get home to find they delivered someone else’s vehicle! Apparently they have not noticed the mistake because I’ve heard nothing from them. I called but was told someone would call me later. Piss poor service!!
