Chris Langer and Otis made getting my dream car a positive experience, something I've come NOT to expect from dealerships. They never stooped to the tactics of trying to sell me up or something other than what I'd already said I wanted. They just worked to make it happen. It was well worth the hour trip south!

I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F Sport on March 23,2018. The customer service that I received from Terry and Otis was superior. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. It was quite a challenge because I was very particular about what I wanted and didn’t give them much options to choose from. I was set on a particular color inside and out but they never gave up until they found what I wanted. I really appreciate the both of them and thanks for being patient.
