I opened a business checking account through ********************** and the experience was absolutely awful. Bluevine sent me a debit card, which I didn't want in the first place, and it was stolen out of the mail. Since there are NO security features protecting the card, the person who stole it was able to activate the card and successfully steal nearly every ***** on the card. Terribe Experiece, *** had this account for months and finall started to use it I had a large check deposited and completed 1 transaction and my account was frozen. They asked me for all these verification documents that I have sent it and have spoken to them at least once a day and the account is still frozen. Horrible approved my business and before we had our first wire come in they closed the account. The worst part is that I could not get a clear cut answer as to why.

They are not a real bank. Totally incompetent and lazy customer service. They do not have instant transfer with venmo or other money transfer services. The customer service is terrible. The list of reasons not to use this bank are long.

They will trap you into HIGH HIGH interest loan. They present a line of credit and then convert to a 40% or higher loan due to fine print. I give them a1 star because zero is not available. Communications also very poor. Quick advise on Bluevine----Turn and run from them.

I have a business checking account, I had an issue paying a bill, they dont give you the option to add a memo to transfers like any other bank. When i contacted them to help me with that issue, i discovered that their customer service is the worst and above all its offshore not US based which is a red flag for having confidential personal and financial records shared overseas!Im now in the process of closing my account! Thank god I didnt put too much money into that account!

This company has discriminated against me by closing my account because of the phone plan that I have I have used Metro pcs for years with no problems with other financial Institutions. Bluevine wanted me to go to another phone company as a option to keeping my account open or the next option was closing the account I had metro pcs when I opened the account and now it's a problem this is unfair

I opened a Business Checking Account with ****************** about one year ago. I have had no issues with them until recently. I logged in to my account one morning to 15 fraudulent charges from ******** worth approximately $16k. After wondering how they didn't catch this, I immediately called and reported the charges. After waiting two weeks to hear anything back from them I opened a letter today stating that I would not be receiving any of my money back because they determined that 'no error has occurred.' I opened my business checking account in early 2022 and had my account for over a year also while making multiple deposits each month. I disputed some charges from ***** and ********** and they quickly closed my account without my knowledge without a refund I emailed them my work schedule to prove I was working in ******* the whole week and weekend of the charges and they did not respond TERRIBLE BUSINESSS BANK. Wish I would have did reasearch on this bank before putting my money in it.
