I funded my account with **** from my retirement account. ****************** held my check from 9/14/23-9/25/23. I called them several times during the course of me waiting for them to release my funds and asked would it be a problem if I took a withdrawal as I have been seeing complaints on here and on Reddit. They assured me, No youll be fine. You dont have any restrictions on your account. Do not believe the websites that say bluevine is the best for small businesses./. It is not. I attempted to deposit my first check on 9/9/23, the funds were not available in my account until 9/20/23. Then I tried to use their ACH to issue myself paycheck (2-3 day waiting period) and it said it would be in my personal account until 9/25/23. Immediately after I got that email, I received another email saying that my account was placed on hold. I opened my account earlier this year. I deposited a school ***** to fund my business. After they verified the check I attempted to withdraw funds at an atm at which point they froze my account asking me to explains the reason for my withdrawal. Opened a line of credit with Bluevine only to have them suspend it the week we needed funds--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--they lead you down the primrose path and then pull the rug out from underneath you!! It is a revocable line of credit which is problematic!!

***ZERO STARS***I really loved Bluevine until I got a new phone service provider and decided to change my phone number to avoid a lot of spam calls. If you don't have access to your old number , You're gonna be tough out of luck to access your account. Called customer service to update my number and they said it'd take 2-3 business days to be changed. Next day I get a bunch of emails telling my account has been paused/suspended (which means you can't use your card and nothing will be debited). I contacted them via email and ... read more

My encounter with BlueVine's Resolutions Manager, ***************************, was deeply disappointing. She consistently displayed a confrontational and aggressive attitude, interrupting our conversation and lacking professionalism.***** sent incorrect withdrawals to our bank for our business loan, one for 43k and one for approx $2557. My name is ******************* and My money and account have been frozen with them for almost 2 months now for no real reason. I call and they told me to provide verification of myself and my funds and I have done so every week for almost the last 8 weeks. They offer no real solutions and ask for the same information they already have over and over. Lazy and inept customer service. Strange requirements for invoices that are written to clients for "verification" purposes, so they will put your account on hold until you send them a copy of the invoice to a client without notice. When going through daily expenses and to all of a sudden have your account on hold until this verification is done is very disruptive. No help from customer service they just quote their back room office blanket statements and don't listen. Avoid
