My experience seems the same as everyone else. I wish I would have done some research before opening this account.They put my account on hold because I wanted to change my email address and they never unlocked it again.Over a month later, my account is still on hold. I called "customer support" every day for two weeks, sent drivers license photos and utility bill scans to prove my identity and jumped through all the new hoops they made up to buy time.After 3 weeks of this run-around nonsense I was finally forced to go open a... read more

Frustration trying to do something so simple I updated my new business number 2 months ago. Well apparently that did not take. I had to change my password and it was sending a code to my old cell phone number. So I call in May ********* am told it will take 1-3 Business days. HORRIBLE bank. I have been banking with BlueVine for about one year. Recently I booked a hotel reservation on my account. When I checked in, there was a hold on my account for the full amount of the stay in addition to an additional 15%+. This may have been fine aside from the fact that I ended up paying for my hotel stay with a different card and they still (a month later!) are still holding $2,000 on my card. I've been locked out of my account for nearly a month after changing my phone number. It's now been a month & 4 phone calls after I've been told it was being expedited. They've already held my money up on a few occasions too which can be crucial for newer-smaller businesses. I've never had what I thought would be such a simple issue take this long to handle. I'll be this closing my account this bank as soon as possible & switching to Chase like I should have in the first place.

So I open up a business account with bluevine business account in January 2023, I finally made a deposit for $6,207.00 march 24 2023, they told me I have to wait till me deposit clear on April 03, 2023, smh my head, so I waited to for check to clear knowing I have bills to pay, once the check clear on April 03, 2023, with was in the 7pm-8pm, I started using my account paying bills, n was going to finish paying more bills in the morning, I wake up to my account being on hold, they said they want to know what was my transactio... read more

Hello I'm a small buisness that needed help growing bluevine offers you a line of credit you pay it back to there terms then they put your account on hold so you can't draw more funds I have a 30k limit I owe 15 they have gotten all payments and will not give the money that I need to keep growing use a different company when my account is paid off I will never use bluevine again horrible service

Waited 2x hours on the hold during normal business hours, and no one ever picked up. This was spread over 2x separate calls, not just a 1x time experience. The expected wait time continued to go up rather than down. I have closed our company's account with them. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time!
