My name is ******************* and My money and account have been frozen with them for almost 2 months now for no real reason. I call and they told me to provide verification of myself and my funds and I have done so every week for almost the last 8 weeks. They offer no real solutions and ask for the same information they already have over and over. Lazy and inept customer service. Strange requirements for invoices that are written to clients for "verification" purposes, so they will put your account on hold until you send them a copy of the invoice to a client without notice. When going through daily expenses and to all of a sudden have your account on hold until this verification is done is very disruptive. No help from customer service they just quote their back room office blanket statements and don't listen. Avoid

Do not use this online bank if you want access to your money.Used my account without issue for a year. Was suddenly told I needed to upload documents for compliance. I uploaded all the requested documents and they left my account on hold, tying up my money and leaving it inaccessible. I was not able to take my kids school shopping or celebrate their birthday becasue of the hold they put on my account. ****************** left me completely penniless and gave me no legitimate reason. If there was less than 1 star I would give it. I deposited a check on august 4 and they Put a hold on it til the 14th. I was able to use some funds after I called them then I was able to transfer some of my money to cash app but they were asking why I was doing it and then they blocked my account again and asked for more paperwork and there is no more paperwork to show. If zero stars was possible, thats what I would give them. I called to change the verification number on my account after getting a new personal phone number. Gave the first representative my name, account number, Social Security number, and three other forms of personal verification, and was told the number would be changed no problem. The next day I get an email that my account has been placed on hold until I can present a phone **** with my name on it with the new number. This ********************** is HORRIBLE and makes up their rules as they go. I am a SOLE proprietor who has not been permitted to change my address and this company wouldn't even allow me to close my account!!!!They are using all banking information for their own unjust gain and enrichment and they VIOLATE Regulation Z and other policies under the Emergency Banking Relief Act, TWEA and other rules. They ought to be put out of business.

Absolutely the worst financial institution I have ever experienced! PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH BLUEVINE! They have no corporate office or anyone you can speak with other then customer service who doesn't have much information or resolve for the customer.

I have had an horrible experience with them, no one wants to provide their full names. Although I was transferred to a ****** who was able to answer my questions effectively. The back office team put my account on hold for weeks after I submitted all the documents that were requested with only response of more information needed. To which I provided.
