Over 45 days without being able to access my business account just for a simple phone number update.They don't provide any other way to access my funds or close the account to withdraw the funds.This has costed my business hundreds of dollars already and all they say every time I call is we will contact you in ***** hours and they never do.

I have never got rejected from any banks application before. They received my personal information and rejected my application. I asked for rejection reasons and they said due to security reason they couldnt provide the reason. So they have my personal reason and driver license information while I filled out the application. What are they doing with my personal information? Is this a trick to collect personal information from the public?

They started out great but over the last year things have gone quickly south. Terrible fraud department. Someone just hacked my account and purchased **** worth of stuff from a ***************** The transaction is still or ding and they said they could do nothing until it has posted and then I can submit a claim and it will take up 90 days to resolve. This isnt even legal with fraud. Its 10 days to investigate, immediate return of funds, and 45 days to resolve. This is the second time Ive had trouble with their fraud departm... read more

Horrible. I get my account approved, and go to make my first transfer in - then account on hold, and unable to take it off. They tied up my start up funds for a week already, and will prob be several more. AVOID if you want things to go smoothly.

Bluevine needs to go out of business. They lie to you about most things and hold on to your money refusing to give it to you for weeks! And when you speak with them on the phone they could not be more rude or could care less about your situation. I've had a *********** business checking account for maybe 7 years. We changed from a sole proprietorship to an LLC partnership which included a new EIN, so I looked into new business banking options and saw BlueVine had good rating and paid high interests. The customer service *****, they been holding my funds not for 30 days and the check was a certified bank check from Truist. The funds were from my other business account and they took them out 2 days after the check was deposited and it still showing pending.... say you're self time and the headache and deal with a real bank not a scam bank... Do not waste your time with this company!!! They will promise you the moon but when it come time that you need them they dont come threw. Its all about checks and balances for them even if you continue to do everything they ask out of you. First you borrow alittle of what your approved for, pay on it for weeks then need to use more and then the denial will come even though youve done everything they ask. Then here comes the letter telling you SORRY that your experience didnt measure up.??

I made a purchase on September 22, 2023 for $15,717.66. Because the transaction was not going to go through my Bluevine/Silicon *********** account in time that day, I needed to send payment through another bank account that I have for the same amount that day.
