They outsource their customer service which is absolutely horrible. I never heard of a primarily business Bank that's such an inconvenience . And when you reached someone they barely can understand what you're saying, ant never have. I had a resolution with major issues

Wow. It seems like my experience is not unique. Here's what I like about Bluevine - I love the $0 fees and having subaccounts. I love earning interest. This bank put a freeze on my account without telling me why. Its halted my entire business for over a week. The customer service representatives were extremely unhelpful. As a new business owner its banks like this who make people not want to start up their own business. I spoke with a manager named ****** who was by far the lease competent representative from their company who u spoke with. He gave me no information what so ever and repeated a script to me until I would get off the phone.

Incredibly bad customer service. I have a hold on any checks over *****. Perhaps this bank only works for smaller amounts. I have uploaded countless documents and it is unclear if/when my issue will be resolved. The customer always ends their calls with can I help you with anything else. The customer service team has a script and I know it by heart now. There has been nobody that can actually solve my issues or provide assurance that if I provide more documents that my issue will be resolved.

Worst customer service in the history of banks or whatever this scam company is. Stay far away

I was using my Bluevine account as a place to keep my retainer fees for my photography business so that I wouldnt spend them until I delivered services. When one of my clients requested a refund due to extenuating circumstances, I went to issue it but found my account completely drained of all money. I decided to open an account with ****************** and regretted it. My business has been successfully operating for a long time. I have opened an account with ****************** to settle the new project. But after receiving the money, the account was blocked. I recently started a business and established it as an LLC. I searched the internet for a high yield, business banking account. Forbes.com had Bluevine high on the list. I clicked the link to find out more and was taken to the website. I filled in everything to open the account. I was asked for more information on my business and Emailed it as requested. I have had my account roughly 3 months and only started using it one week ago. Today I had 3 unauthorized transactions posted on my account. Nobody from blue vine notified me of suspicious charges. I only learned about it because I went to make a bill payment and there was a negative balance on my account. I called the company to report the fraudulent transactions and they proceed to tell me that I have to wait until the charges are posted on my account to dispute them! Are you serious?!
