I got an email several weeks back about them closing my account due to inactivity. Said they notified me beforehand, but they did not. I wanted to get in touch with someone to make sure they had the correct mailing address, because I cant access anything within my account anymore. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They closed my account for no reason at all. Cannot access any money. You cant login on the app either. THIS ONLINE BANK IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ONLINE BANK!
BLUEVINE will find any reason to lock down your line of credit. Every time you try to do a draw, they will lock down your account and you have to fight for it via being put on hold. It's happened multiple times at this point. They say they will call you back when they have an "update" but they never do. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS. BlueVine Took My Companys Moneyand suspended my account without no explanation. Stay far away from this company! They have my money sitting in an account that I cannot use whatsoever!! This is the most inconsistent bank in regards to policy and customer *********** day they are great the next they are terrible. After reading the reviews on ******** and my own personal experience it is difficult to have any faith in their credibility!
