We will never work with BlueVine again. They sold us a line of credit, but after we took a draw from it, they changed the terms to a traditional loan with no ability to make additional draws like they sold us. We were sold a line of credit and they converted it into a term loan. They did this without our consent. The action they took was detrimental to my business. Bluevine business checking. I am currently a user of blue line. I normally do not leave reviews but my experience with mine has been less than satisfactory. Easy task such as ordering a replacement debit card or updating shipping information is not possible the information that is given by the so-called customer service **** which I really think are just thoughts. Do not provide any real solution. The systems that they have in place do not work on the app nor does it work on the website.

I got an email several weeks back about them closing my account due to inactivity. Said they notified me beforehand, but they did not. I wanted to get in touch with someone to make sure they had the correct mailing address, because I cant access anything within my account anymore. I have sent at least 5 emails over the course of 3 weeks and havent gotten a single response. Well, 1 response but it just said that someone would be contacting me..thats it..nothing more. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They closed my account for no reason at all. Cannot access any money. You cant login on the app either. THIS ONLINE BANK IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ONLINE BANK!
