zero stars... no customer service... puts holds on your money and transactions with no warning, then takes their time to clear the issue. NOT GOOD FOR DOING BUSINESS IN **********.

Horrible experience they give a line of credit . And its been paid off and they lie and give you the run around about holding your credit availability. They put a hold on my account and have yet to take it off . They failed to contact me and fix this situation. Under the guidelines of the fair credit agreement, its a breach of contract. I will be pursuing possible legal actions.

I was hacked back in May of 2021 when my ppp loan hit and they allowed someone to rob me and kept what money was left in the account. Horrible bank to do business with... completely hate these company and what happen to FCC insurance that they have

Where do I start. We created a small business checking account for our bookkeeping business. My experience seems the same as everyone else. I wish I would have done some research before opening this account.They put my account on hold because I wanted to change my email address and they never unlocked it again.Over a month later, my account is still on hold. Frustration trying to do something so simple I updated my new business number 2 months ago. Well apparently that did not take. I had to change my password and it was sending a code to my old cell phone number. So I call in May ********* am told it will take 1-3 Business days. HORRIBLE bank. I have been banking with BlueVine for about one year. Recently I booked a hotel reservation on my account. When I checked in, there was a hold on my account for the full amount of the stay in addition to an additional 15%+. This may have been fine aside from the fact that I ended up paying for my hotel stay with a different card and they still (a month later!) are still holding $2,000 on my card. I've been locked out of my account for nearly a month after changing my phone number. It's now been a month & 4 phone calls after I've been told it was being expedited. They've already held my money up on a few occasions too which can be crucial for newer-smaller businesses. I've never had what I thought would be such a simple issue take this long to handle. I'll be this closing my account this bank as soon as possible & switching to Chase like I should have in the first place.
