So I open up a business account with bluevine business account in January 2023, I finally made a deposit for $6,207.00 march 24 2023, they told me I have to wait till me deposit clear on April 03, 2023, smh my head, so I waited to for check to clear knowing I have bills to pay, once the check clear on April 03, 2023, with was in the 7pm-8pm, I started using my account paying bills, n was going to finish paying more bills in the morning, I wake up to my account being on hold, they said they want to know what was my transactio... read more

Hello I'm a small buisness that needed help growing bluevine offers you a line of credit you pay it back to there terms then they put your account on hold so you can't draw more funds I have a 30k limit I owe 15 they have gotten all payments and will not give the money that I need to keep growing use a different company when my account is paid off I will never use bluevine again horrible service
Waited 2x hours on the hold during normal business hours, and no one ever picked up. This was spread over 2x separate calls, not just a 1x time experience. The expected wait time continued to go up rather than down. I have closed our company's account with them. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time!

All I can say is these people are crooks. And scammers! They close accounts and Provide no explaining as to what the reason was. They then give you the run around about not knowing anything. They have 2 fake supervisors that come on the phone that really are just regular workers. *************** All the responses are literally copy and paste. They never actually give you a response. Awesome company that will steal your money! This company which may be a fake company, closed my account that I had just open and refunded me less money than what was in my account. Then you would not allow me to see the last 10 transactions so I can determine where the charges came from and how I can dispute them. I am a real estate agent and I know this is illegal, and clearly how you steal and pray on innocent consumers. I have filed a police report to get an investigation going. 0 star bank. TERRIBLE customer service. Seems they only hire brain dead morons. Every single request I had, they said no. Bunch of ********** that don't have any accountability and refuse to actually work. Get a real bank, this isn't one.

o stars . in other words this bank has a license to stealing or use hard workers ** citizens money , to invest or whatever they do when they have our money in hold for stupid reasons, they hold my account for a week now , because they want a phone bill , i did send it and my account still lock . i wonder what they do with the money when its in hold ? the shoul paid us interes on each cent . i would no recommend this ban at all .
