I've been a customer for over a year and while my initial transactions seemed slower than average, their **************** was helpful in explaining that the first month or so is closely monitored for legitimacy of the account holder. I appreciate this and am very impressed at how efficient my account activity eventually became. I have also received about ******************* the last year whereas my previous brick and mortar company probably charged me around 400 a year in random business account fees. My business checking account was set with two factor authentication. My account was hacked without me being notified. Usually, I am notified on my cell if I am logging in or sending a payment. I was not notified of a foreign log in. In addition to not being notified, the fraudster changed the phone number associated on my account to their phone number. I believe this bank is committing fraud. We opened an account and money was deposited on 3/1/2023. They then put the account on hold that very day. I then had to pay payroll out of my personal account. Now on 3/6 the issue is still not resolved and my payers are getting rejection notices. All the issues they have said need to be resolved should have been before opening an account. Reading the reviews below I am now finding out this is not an isolated instance. DO NOT USE BLUEVINE. You will get fees at all atm's and they are slower than molasses. I had an important payment to a car dealership for a same day payment, I even paid the fee for same day payment early this morning and now it's past 5pm and the car dealership still has not received the payment. I am embarrassed and disgusted. I will be switching business checking accounts ASAP, as they make it nearly impossible to use YOUR OWN money.

I wish I could give this bank zero stars. They are by far the worse business bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It takes them forever to clear a check and now my account has a random "HOLD" and I can not use my funds to operate my business. I called them and they gave my some BS excuse about how they do random checks for OUR protection, but by doing this there are hurting me and my business. I am completely upset and need my funds.

As a small business owner, I opened a BlueVine business checking account and trucked along until a hold was randomly put on my account, and I received an email saying I needed to contact customer service for more information. It seems "their team" was doing a periodic review and put a hold on the account until the review is complete.Randomly freezing an account for some arbitrary "review" that takes whatever length of time they deem necessary is just completely absurd.Avoid at all costs ... as soon as my account is made acti... read more

I am a small property rental business. I transferred $5000 in person funds to my account February 28, 2023 to get an injection of cash for business purposes. At the same time I tried to deposit a check into the account twice. Both times it was rejected. I gave up and was waiting for the transfer of funds to clear so I could wire into a different business banking account.The transferred funds cleared March 3, 2023 and they promptly put a hold on my account and locked it. Bluevine is a fraud they should be shut down for holding customers money hostage.

I am a small business that opened a BlueVine account in May of 2022. At first all was well then in Jan 2023 I got contract with a customer that only pays with paper checks, this is where things began to go south. You make a mobile deposit then after you make the deposit it informs you it will have a hold for a week or longer.
