They will close your account without any notice and reasoning as to why they closed the account. They state they do reviews of accounts and then state they had to close the account do to some sort of verification but cannot provide any further details. They closed the account as I believe I didnt meet there minimum transactions. My account was open since March of ********************************************** your business account with be closed without any notice.l or reasoning. ************* local.
They do not deserve any stars! Terrible customer service. I was approved for a checking account and two weeks later they suspended my account for missing application documents. Trying to reach anyone who can make a decision to solve an issue is impossible. I have since closed the account and gone with a conventional bank. STAY AWAY.

A line of credit with this lender will cause you more grief than benefit, over time. Granting electronic access to your bank account/s is mandatory, so they can and will view all your transactions 24/7. If they see that your bank balance is low, they will suspend your line of credit without notice or providing a reason, regardless of flawless payment history and no NSFs on any of our accounts. Many of their approved ATMs are comprised resulting in theft of your funds of which youll never get a dime back. If you care about your money and dont like your time wasted save up your coin and get a real back to put your business funds in. Youre welcome.
Blue Vine business checking has been causing unnecessary stress to my (small) bisiness dealings. I can detail at lenght, but what prompts me to write this - public - review is 2 recent actions: 1- fraudulent activity (debit) was reported a week ago. Charge is still in account, nothing has been done. 2- our balance does NOT show a deposit from 7 days ago, that was confirmed as wire received. It has disappeared!

Absolutely inept customer service representatives. They have no training or information. Takes over 2 weeks for a check to send through the app. They have mistakenly canceled checks. They have given me misinformation. They froze my account with no notice citing a request for LLC documentation that they had never requested. Absurdly bad all around. Switching banks now.
Recently closed my bluevine account. Been with them for 2 years and it was not a smooth ride with customer support and responses. My funds from SBA were returned because this bank all of a sudden wanted to verify my business right when the deposit hit therefore this caused a delay after 5 months of waiting. Very unsatisfied with this bank. I had an unauthorized Amazon charge come out of my account. Bluevine does not reverse the funds and takes up to 90 days to resolve disputes. When I try to follow up, any communication between blue vine and Amazon is not being relayed to me and from what I can tell nothing has been done. I am told that if the dispute is not resolved on the 90th day Bluevine will call Amazon and get it resolved on that day.
