Blue Vine business checking has been causing unnecessary stress to my (small) bisiness dealings. I can detail at lenght, but what prompts me to write this - public - review is 2 recent actions: 1- fraudulent activity (debit) was reported a week ago. Charge is still in account, nothing has been done. 2- our balance does NOT show a deposit from 7 days ago, that was confirmed as wire received. It has disappeared!

Absolutely inept customer service representatives. They have no training or information. Takes over 2 weeks for a check to send through the app. They have mistakenly canceled checks. They have given me misinformation. They froze my account with no notice citing a request for LLC documentation that they had never requested. Absurdly bad all around. Switching banks now.

Recently closed my bluevine account. Been with them for 2 years and it was not a smooth ride with customer support and responses. My funds from SBA were returned because this bank all of a sudden wanted to verify my business right when the deposit hit therefore this caused a delay after 5 months of waiting. They don't care at all . I closed my account and I will never refer anyone to them. Very unsatisfied with this bank. I had an unauthorized Amazon charge come out of my account. Bluevine does not reverse the funds and takes up to 90 days to resolve disputes. When I try to follow up, any communication between blue vine and Amazon is not being relayed to me and from what I can tell nothing has been done. I am told that if the dispute is not resolved on the 90th day Bluevine will call Amazon and get it resolved on that day. I read reviews online and decided to go with BlueVine as my business bank for 5 rental property LLCs that I have. Completing the application was easy, the web application is easy to use.Then. "Based on the information provided, were unable to open an account for you at this time." No other information, no feedback, no nothing, no second tries to correct any issues. To connect my other bank accounts to BlueVine, I had to call customer service and they in turn had to CALL my banks and have a 3 way call with each bank. The process was so incredibly tedious. **************** kept hanging up on me. Finally I reached out to someone on chat to just close my account and they assured me that my account was closed. NOPE. I had to CALL them again. They had so many chances to make it right, and they never did. Bad experience. Novo is way better.

Trash. I applied to this bank because ************* suggested it as a good alternative to the big banks. I put all of my information in, in terms of my business and personal and I was denied a business checking account!!! (an account that I will be funding, not a credit card or a loan etc). That threw me off. Anyway I call them to find out why I was denied and they could not give me any information as to why my account was denied!!!. Had my account put on hold out of the blue and all funds frozen. This paralyzed my business and have been forced to open up an account with a reputable bank instead in order to keep my business running. At this point it has been 5 months, ever single call the rep answering the call cannot provide any reason and can only advise that the backend team will review and get back to us This never happens! Like others here, everything seemed fine when the account first opened and got funded, but when I began making large payments to contractors they put a hold on my account, froze my funds, and cancelled outgoing payments. I called and was given no reason for the freeze, but more importantly, no course of action to resolve it.
