Having closed our business checking account with Chase Bank, we opened a BlueVine checking account for our small business. BlueVine rejected the cashier's check from Chase with our funds and did nothing to remedy the situation. We tried getting Chase and BlueVine on a call together to verify the check. The BlueVine representative said that would take care of it. It did not. We received a follow up email saying that they still would not verify the cashier's check from Chase. ***** is THE BEST. I was reapplying for a PPP loan and had difficulty finding my original application from last year. I sent an email and was surprised to receive a very quick response. I am not sure how this company has such a high ranking, their ranking should be 0. As a matter of fact they should be out of business. I have opened an account with them and they didn't have problem receiving my money, but once I was about to send 80K outgoing transfer they blocked me and kept me blocked for 10 days. I have lost more than 30k in those 10 days thanks to them. I opened a business checking account with BlueVine in December 2020. I attempted to make a payment to a company overseas. Prior to doing so, I notified them of the transaction, so that it wasn't declined as potentially fraudulent activity. The customer service rep assured me at the time that this particular transactions as well as future transactions with this particular company could be processed without incident. I submitted a PPP application for my other small business as well as the 2nd draw PPP and BlueVine declined them both saying they couldn’t identify me!! How can’t you identify a customer you gave a PPP loan to just last June 2020?? When other small business owners applied to BlueVine they all got rejected less than 3 days with all the same mess of can’t identify or discrepancy. The customer service is not good. They do not answer emails and never call back as promise. I received a denial letter on 1/22 stating BlueVine was unable to verify my identity from documents submitted or discrepancies or information submitted. I don't understand because I was approved for the 1st drawn with the same documentation I submitted for the 2nd drawn. When I called I was told there is no way to remedy this situation. I’m a new generation farmer practicing soil building/saving practices specializing in traditional Hawaiian Herbal Medicine headed into the third year of doubling my revenue.......till covid hit! 90% of my revenue came from farmers market & events but no more gatherings. Bluevine shut down my account when more than one person deposited money into the account, both of whom were registered owners of the company and both who had given Bluevine their information including names and social security numbers. When I called customer service, they were unable to help me but told me a manger would call me back. That was 4 days ago and no one has called, and I still have no access to my money. I attempted to open a business checking account over three weeks ago and haven't heard anything from this establishment. They have all of my important documents and it's been CRICKETS. I've attempted to contact them on several occasions to no avail. I DEFINITELY DO NOT want to do ANY business with a company that doesn't respond in a timely manner and one that I can't contact. I'm writing in case any ***** comes up with my company in the future while they're sitting on my info.
