They will not answer the phone or email and when left with call back number nothing happens. Was just recently on hold for over an hour and a half and they disconnected me when I was next in line to supposedly talk to someone due to high call volume.

This company is a ****! Do not apply for a PPP SBA loan with them. Read all the reviews below after you have read Blue Vine's rebuttal to my review (if they submit one). I strongly suspect that any positive reviews that you see here were actually written by Blue Vine representatives, not actual customers. Since we already had an account I followed their instructions for PPP. The application was sent in four days prior to the order being signed. Weeks went by, no communication. I called, on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. Emailed, to no avail. Our account said they needed more info but there was no way to find out. After another email the account no longer had the more info needed. I did receive an email saying we actually had an account manager but he never answered or responded to calls and emails. I received my PPP SBA loan after one week thru BlueVine. Very efficient team. Hope to have a smooth loan forgiveness process as well!
I went looking for help with my SBA submission and was fortunate to discover the competent folks at BlueVine. They took the time to understand my circumstances and offered valuable advice that enabled me to complete my submission on time and accurately.
This Company is Awfully slow with trying to process my PPP loans. Are you purposely trying to wait until I'm completely out of business. This has been a frustrating process. No one respond. I submitted all documents within minutes of request What more do you want. I am a minority owned business. I feel like I am getting looked over. Am I just sitting on somebody's desk? If you are looking to get relief this company clearly is not in the hurry. This process is so frustrating!!!!!
I was approved for a loan over 30 days ago. We are still waiting for the loan to be funded. We have called and emailed blue Vine.
VERY poor comunication, I have been trying to payoff my balance for more than two weeks and can't get anybody to call me back or return a email. Working with them has been terrible and I can't wait to get away from them.

This company will SPAM you for months! I guess they went to our website, took our @domain**** name and just chose random people's names (bill, bob, john, whatever else) and starting spamming our email and we CANNOT get removed from their SPAM emails! Ridiculous! Must be really hurting for business. And they have an A+ rating with the BBB?
