Can't imagine a better experience end to end. Eugene L was a gem – who guided us through every step of the process with clarity, humanity, and ease at every turn. It's not a given that an experience with a lender will be above-board pain-free, transparent, trusting, and even fun. Excellent place to start when you are a small business and cashflow is becoming constrained by growth. Bluevine's system also helps to keep a business disciplined in managing cashflow. So far so good the submission of information was quick and easy. I had an initial phone encounter with Kailey who was pleasant and informative. I am now awaiting my final decision but feel whatever they decide I have established the foundation for an on-going relationship
