Company is a SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I should have checked the BBB rating PRIOR to doing business with this company! As an independent contractor I know when reviews are PAID! The 4 star ratings are PAID! Especially when it's a long drawn out story about how great service was and provides too much detail! I opened a business bank account with this company November 15-17th and was approved! A business debit card was sent to me and everything! Haven't even used the debit card and waited 3 weeks to activate the card... read more

I received checks meant for my company from Blue Vine that I never ordered (I never set up an account with Blue Vine and haven't ever heard of them before I got the package). I called and could never get anyone to pick up. I haven't done any business with this company and am concerned they are a ****, yet no one ever answers the phone.

After reading a favorable article regarding their business checking account, I opened one October 28 online and received a confirmation email stating it would take 2-3 business days to finalize the account. After crickets for 2 weeks, I emailed their support staff. Still nothing. It has now been over one month and nobody has returned my emails. My account is still "in process". When I call their customer service number, I have spent well over an hour on hold on multiple days, with no message indicating just when a human may ... read more

Horrible customer service!!! These clowns can’t tell their anus from their mouths. I applied and am going on 41 days with no response of my application status. I had to upload the same document 11 times for these idiots.

Terrible customer service. When I use their bill pay to pay vendors/suppliers for our business, the checks are sent WITHOUT any indication of our company or whom the payment is from. I'm receiving past due notices from these suppliers. When we inform them we paid using Bluevine, they ask for a copy of the check. After waiting on hold for 45+ minutes, the uninformed Bluevine rep cannot provide copies! Ridiculous!!!

If you are looking for a line of credit. Do not use Bluevine. They shut our line of credit off with no notification. All they could tell me was of uncertain market conditions. The line of credit was supposed to be in place for 12months they shut it off in 4 months. They only way we knew it was shutoff was when we tried to make a draw “uncertain market conditions your account is locked”. I tried to contact them for months with no response until the final payment was do. I put a hold on that payment then I get answers weird ho... read more

BlueVine Capital, Inc told a third party agency my company was a fraud. BlueVine never contacted me about my company information and also they never contacted my bank to see if my information was fraudulent. I'm a Retired Army Officer with a Top Secret Clearance. My company is a Service Disabled Owned Small Business and I have several Federal Contracts. BlueVine Capital Slander my name without during there due diligence.

Applied for PPP through them. Had no progress after a week, but got in contact with them and they were very kind and got it pushed through in under an hour. Thank you.

I went through BlueVine to apply for my PPP loan. I was approved by the SBA and sent loan documents to sign on the 20th of July. 7 DAYS had passed before I had to call them and check up on the application. I was told by a gentlemen that everything was fine and that I just had to wait for the "Disbursement Email". I decided to wait another 3 days and called back.
