Worst banking experience of my life! It seems like this "bank" is constantly changing rules (presumably because they've been in trouble with enforcement agencies). In my short time with this banking relationship they have canceled wires, without giving me any notice, because the description for purpose of payment was too vague ("payment of services" would have seemed like enough info for a bank to release MY funds to pay MY vendor). If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no idea where these positive reviews come from, must be fake. My business gross yearly 8 figures. My credit score is 781. I applied for a small 200k line of credit and a few minutes late I had a rep on the line offering me 75k at a ****% MONTHLY. I TOLD THE REP ON THE ***** THATS AN INSANE RATS. Nothing but problems with this bank. Two problems finally were resolved (neither should have been a big deal in the first place) and one was not. I kept having to insist on getting to a supervisor to find out why a check I was trying to deposit was repeatedly declined. The check never did get deposited and they then vindictively closed my account, notifying me by a short paragraph email. BlueVine ISNT a bank, despite advertising business banking services. Bluevine, is the worst company to communicate with, and work with for lending. NOTICE they don't have any ****** reviews because they would all be horrible. This company needs to be investigated by the federal government. I have a checking account for direct deposit for my business. I opened a Bluevine Business Checking account and directed my clients to send funds via Wire or ACH to my account. Bluevine discontinued wire transfers so we arranged to have it sent via ACH. I was asked to provide some support documents to verify my account (we did it immediately and uploaded the Regulatory Compliance docs on the same day July 24, 2021).
