Worst bank to work with. They didnt even give me a chance to explain someone gave me a blank check. They just closed my account with no explanations; I even called customer service and they couldnt disclose any information on why it was closed!!! Never banking with them again!!!!!

Worst bank ever. I deposited a check on Jan 10 2023 and said on Jan 19 2023 that my funds were avaliable. The funds was avaliable and on Jan 20 2023 I made a withdrawal out of my account and not even an hour later they have put a hold on my account and said it I under review which will take 1 - 2 days and today is Friday so now they have basically stolen my money and holding it hostage. Worst bank to do business with ever. My account has been opened three months then all of a sudden i deposit a check that actually cleared to my account. I made four or five transactions in one day now all of a sudden they locked my account stating that they need proof of a phone bill. My phone is on a prepaid account which is pay as you go so I do not get billed. I sent in documents from straight talk wireless showing my name address and phone number, and yet its still an issue. This is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with!!! As a small business owner I trusted the wrong companies and made an *** purchase and never received the items. On the day that I was supposed to receive the items, I received an email from the company stating that they were no longer doing business with the third company and that a refund was initiated which I never received! This bank is the worst did a mobile deposit and it's a payroll check from my boss bear in mind it's a 362. 00 check and was told that it is on hold until January 11 in the meantime I have no food for my kids and was told by a supervisor that unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it. I only use them because I lost my other bank card and was waiting on a new card to arrive. As soon as my check is clear I am taking cash out and close this account ASAP. This banks is horrible

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I initially made a request for an ****** loan. After my request, I received a popup notification saying "create a bluevine checking account and get your funds instantly". Seeing as it was going to take 3-4 business days, I went ahead and made the checking account and requested to cancel the initial loan and issue one to the new checking account. Everything is easy until you try to deposit a check. I tried a million different ways to deposit a $3600 check to them, and the only notification i would get (five minutes later each time) was that it failed. FAILED WHAT? I called the help desk numerous times. I tried the chat help. All anyone could say is that is what it said. I kept asking them to transfer me to a tech person or to ask someone where in the app code it was failing.
