I read reviews online and decided to go with BlueVine as my business bank for 5 rental property LLCs that I have. Completing the application was easy, the web application is easy to use.Then. "Based on the information provided, were unable to open an account for you at this time." No other information, no feedback, no nothing, no second tries to correct any issues. To connect my other bank accounts to BlueVine, I had to call customer service and they in turn had to CALL my banks and have a 3 way call with each bank. The process was so incredibly tedious. **************** kept hanging up on me. Finally I reached out to someone on chat to just close my account and they assured me that my account was closed. NOPE. I had to CALL them again. They had so many chances to make it right, and they never did. Bad experience. Novo is way better.
Trash. I applied to this bank because ************* suggested it as a good alternative to the big banks. I put all of my information in, in terms of my business and personal and I was denied a business checking account!!! (an account that I will be funding, not a credit card or a loan etc). Had my account put on hold out of the blue and all funds frozen. This paralyzed my business and have been forced to open up an account with a reputable bank instead in order to keep my business running. At this point it has been 5 months, ever single call the rep answering the call cannot provide any reason and can only advise that the backend team will review and get back to us This never happens! Like others here, everything seemed fine when the account first opened and got funded, but when I began making large payments to contractors they put a hold on my account, froze my funds, and cancelled outgoing payments. I called and was given no reason for the freeze, but more importantly, no course of action to resolve it. My negative review of Bluevine is the same as others I have read here. Bottom line - do NOT do business with this company! After having a business account with Bluevine for over a year, the bank requested our company's legal docs. I submitted our Articles of Incorporation the day I received the email requesting the document and they began a 'review' process while putting our account on hold. I went to an *** in February of 2022 to withdraw $300 however the *** stated there was a dispensing error and did not dispense my cash I called to file a dispute, was advised to wait and see if it has posted, the next day it did, I called back and filled my dispute, here it is May 11th and I have not heard anything back yet this is so ridiculous. Do NOT do business with this company. Quite simply, you sign their agreement and then they renege/change the rules. You clearly need their financial help and they won't give it, no matter their inferred "promises."My follow-on assigned financial advisor, ***********************, has been especially rude and not at all helpful.
Wish I could give ZERO stars. I did lots of research and found BlueVine to be recommended and opened a business account a couple weeks ago. We have a 30 year old Corp that we wanted to bring current with an online bank account since our long held account was a bit old fashioned. Everything was going well, we were approved, we deposited about 20 checks. Sure they were on a 6 day hold since it's a new account, no problem, expected this.
