Terrible customer service. Held checks that have cleared from the sender without reasoning.

Ill give two stars because they were decent at times, but customer service just reminded me exactly why I left this bank. I had an ACH accidentally get sent to an acct there that I closed earlier this year. Cant chat with them because the acct is closed. No phone number listed on site. After digging into the under belly of the Internet, I finally find a number to call and then just kept hitting more walls.Wait on hold forever to then immediately be put on hold after he asks me basic acct questions. 2 weeks to change the phone number on my account, still cant access it. Customer support **** were all not helpful, saying incorrect information to get me to believe the issue would be resolved. Called 3 times today, first two *****s basically left me on permanent hold. Third ***** basically said I cant help you. Spoke to a manager and he gave ME an attitude after *** spent probably a collective 8 hours trying to solve this issue. Possibly the worst bank in existence.

Disgusting excuse for a financial institution. In early July, the yoga studio I work was robbed and multiple wallets stolen, mine being one of them. The thieves used my cards, including my Bluevine card, racking up over $3k in charges. After the theft, I immediately contacted Bluevine to replace my debit card and dispute the fraudulent charge on my account. After waiting over a month, the dispute was denied. They only get one star because you cant submit a review without giving them at least one star My daughter moved across the country with her 2 small children because she was offered 400k for her residency. She opened a bluevine account for her llc to have her funds transferred into. She also opened an account with another reputable bank to keep separate as a personal account. They outsource their customer service which is absolutely horrible. I never heard of a primarily business Bank that's such an inconvenience . And when you reached someone they barely can understand what you're saying, ant never have. I had a resolution with major issues

Wow. It seems like my experience is not unique. Here's what I like about Bluevine - I love the $0 fees and having subaccounts. I love earning interest. This bank put a freeze on my account without telling me why. Its halted my entire business for over a week. The customer service representatives were extremely unhelpful. As a new business owner its banks like this who make people not want to start up their own business. I spoke with a manager named ****** who was by far the lease competent representative from their company who u spoke with. He gave me no information what so ever and repeated a script to me until I would get off the phone.

Incredibly bad customer service. I have a hold on any checks over *****. Perhaps this bank only works for smaller amounts. I have uploaded countless documents and it is unclear if/when my issue will be resolved. The customer always ends their calls with can I help you with anything else. The customer service team has a script and I know it by heart now. There has been nobody that can actually solve my issues or provide assurance that if I provide more documents that my issue will be resolved.
