If I could give them a negative star I would. This is not a *********. They are a shell, with a real bank underneath. If you have any fradulent charges you will not get a provisional credit like a real bank. **************** is horrrendous! They are holding me hostage for a minimum of 90 days with no provisional credit on fradulent charges.
I am starting my first business and need a checking account, I thought I filled everything out correctly and uploaded my Drivers License as requested. The account was declined with no explanation, I called to inquire and was told that the only other information was that something couldn't be verified and there was no option to reapply. Perhaps I will get something in the mail with more information but I am pretty disappointed that I am seemingly forever locked out of working with BlueVine.
Stay away from this bank! They put my account on hold with no explanation. It has been 5 days, and I still do not have any answers as to why and cannot access my funds.

Absolutely the worst experience. Opened a business checking account to manage payroll and all of a sudden they started returning my deposits to fund payroll. Spent three days trying to get them to correct it when not a single payment had been rejected or declined prior. They finally told me it was because of an update to their system and it would not happen again. Famous last words- this week the exact same problem. Dont use them for any banking services. They could not explain why it continued to happen and still cannot.
Do not use this bank. They just closed my account randomly with no prior notice that my account was under investigation or that there were issues with my account. It came completely out of nowhere and now Im scrambling to open a new bank account elsewhere.
At first this was an easy company to work with for online banking. As of 4/7/2025 my account has been on hold, and no one can tell me why. I have missed paying one bill due to this and am about to be late on another. I have called twice and emailed. The person on the phone can only repeat the phrase, "the account is under review, which should take 1-2 days. They should be in touch. I should check my email." Been a customer for almost 3 years. Initial setup and experience with them was great. I recently re-up my draw and was ghosted for a week in review with no communication. Contacted customer service and was told everything was fine and it would proceed with that day's batch. Next day came, nothing happened and I contacted customer service again. Well I had a terrible experience with this bank on 3rd November they asked me to submit the documents which I did and once that was ***e i did a transfer to my external account which got cancelled and my account got on hold which contained $9083.37 balance and i was asked to submit my id proof which i did and i was told that review will be *** in 2 days to my surprise i had to call them every day to ask about the status of my account and everyone including their supervisors were telling me it will take 2 business days and wi... read more

I moved and it has been weeks of me sending in photo identification and them refusing it. Six weeks of emails and phone calls but I am still locked out. The exact photo they rejected I have sent with no issues to other accounts with *****, ****************, and ***********. Not a single issue. This is the worst customer service and worst bank I have ever experienced. Do not use them.
