I have been to Blue Pearl several times and am grateful we have such a wonderful facility close by. The medical care is excellent and the staff, from Reception to Veterinarian, are the best. Love Blue Pearl! Dr Au is amazing! My Zuli completely tore the ligament in her knee and received excellent care before, during and after surgery. This is her second time here as she had the same injury on the other knee previously. The staff is wonderful and so supportive. I'm always nervous leaving my fur kids anywhere, but they always make me feel secure leaving her in their care.
The front office staff was nice, but our vet had zero bedside manner and flat-out refused to further treat one of our dogs, after he'd already been treated. (WTF?) It's a long story, but obviously the feeling is mutual and we will go somewhere else next time we need emergency care for any of our animals.
We can't thank you guys enough for the caring, professional help you gave our dog, Auggie. It scared us so much for her to undergo emergency back surgery two weeks ago, but you guys have her back to almost 100 percent, way earlier than we anticipated! Dr. Au and his team were wonderful. Had to schedule a consultation for chemotherapy for our dog after she had cancerous tumors removed. The staff was very kind and helpful and the Veterinary Oncologist was very compassionate and explained all the treatment options and answered all my questions. I feel like I made the best choice of treatment for our dog with the help of this extraordinary staff. Today was a hard day to be a "Dog Mom" and they were very supportive.

Dr. Waugh and everyone else I work with there are great! They are professional, on time, and love the animals they are helping.
