We had to make a very tough decision about our 14 year old Yorkie on Sunday. The staff here helped make his passing peaceful, dignified, and loving. Thank you so very much for your grace and understanding. We are forever thankful!
I have used Blue Pearl on three different occasions. Once at their old location with my black and tan doxie and twice at the new location with my 17 year old red doxie. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and compassion. They give you an estimate before they run any tests and are thorough and complete. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
Dr. Pamela Lucas is caring, personable, and professional. The facility is clean and the 'check-in' staff always friendly. I am so pleased Dr. Pam is receptive of an holistic approach.
We took our sweet Dixie on Sunday. They found a mass in her belly and did an ultrasound the next day. They called Sunday evening, Monday morning and afternoon keeping us informed at all times. She had too many tumors to even be comfortable. We visited to say our goodbyes. We were taken to a lovely room, offered water, tissues were in a table and we spent time with Dixie until she passed. We cannot imagine a better experience under sad circumstances. We will spread the word about how great you were to my family.
Very friendly and helpful!! The doctor was very clear about what my little Pebbles needed and was confident that although her issues are severe, she should have a good outcome after surgery leading to a long and healthy life.
After receiving a pathology report showing a grade 2 cancer from a mast cell tumor removal, we were directed to Blue Pearl to see an Oncologist. We saw Dr. Lucas, who was awesome, taking lots of time to talk with us, reassure us, explain everything to us, and give us options in dealing with this. The staff were wonderful, greeting us and making over our beloved pet while we waited for our appointment. Five star rating all the way. Thanks, you guys!
We brought our sweet Lucy in on Monday night and though her illness was far too advanced, Dr. Waugh and her team did everything possible to help Lucy. Every single person we encountered was understanding and compassionate. Though we will always miss our sweet girl, we know she was in the best hands and had outstanding care.
Cannot say enough about the staff at BluePearl. From the front desk/check in, to the techs and both docs that have seen and evaluated my dog, Sweet Pea, everyone has been welcoming, fully knowledgeable, clear in communication as well as warm and understanding. Thanks to my vet tech, John, Samara in reception, critical care docs, Kristen Datte, and Andrea Monnig. You're all amazing!!
