Wonderful experience! They got us in right away! They checked our cat and told me prices before they did anything! Since it wasn't an emergency they helped me find a vet close to me for cheaper prices and waved my fees to take my money to the other vet! Staff was all pleasant and very helpful!
I wish I could thank the staff by name, but I was too upset to remember anyone specifically. I am new to town and my geriatric dog was clearly failing. The kindness shown me was above and beyond. After a quick exam it was determined that nothing could be done for my Sami. They made me comfortable, and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Thank you to everyone who was so kind.
Words cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have such an amazing emergency clinic in my "backyard". From the moment I walked in the door I was not only greeted by friendly associates, but compassionate and knowledgeable treating my pet as their own. Their medical treatment is top notch. So very thankful for all the associates from the front desk to the veterinarians. Thank you!
Wonderful, caring staff!!! Took excellent care of our furbaby!! They were responsive to all our questions as well as considerate of our worry over our baby. Knowing she was provided around the clock hands on care meant we did not have to fret about her overnight. Many thanks to everyone!

The service was fine, and the staff super friendly, but very very expensive. I took one of our dogs in that was hit by a car and had a broken leg, and told the vet when we got close to $1000 let me know, approving xrays. After reviewing the xrays, the vet quoted me $4-5k to pin her leg and do surgery , and they couldnt do surgery til two days later. I told them I would leave her overnight and take her to my other vet in the morning, then i was hit with a $1800 bill, after complaining they reduced it to $1300. Took her to my ... read more
