Worst place ever! They perform cruel and unusual treatment to animals. They have horrible employees that have no care about animals and only care about the money they can suck from the people that walk in their doors. Stay away from this place. Be warned!!

I have never seen a more compassionate and positive group of people who are constantly under extremely stressful and emotionally charged situations. They remain calm while still displaying a sense of urgency. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Dr. Lucas for everything you have done and continue to do for my Bella.
I have to honestly say that Blue Pearl emergency vet is the absolute best! When our little 7lb Maltipoo was attacked by 75 pound dog we did not hold out much hope that he would be able to be saved. Fortunately the vet that we had to rush into initially gave us two options as far as emergency pet hospitals went. I asked her which was the best and she said hands down Blue Pearl because of the specialized vets, vet surgeons and staff there in addition to continuous 24 hr. monitoring. This was not a mistake. Very helpful excellent communications so far nothing but praise for the work they're doing.
Would never ever recommend this facility. Their surgeons and young staff are not knowledgeable when it comes to pain management and surgery aftecare for your pet. I recommend UT veterinarian school in Knoxville for any type of back surgery. Sorry if I offend but I only speak truth from my experience
