Every single person at BluePearl has been instrumental in saving my dog’s life from several different cancers. All of the doctors worked together to get Chloe from a routine oncology appt to radiology to emergency surgery and back to oncology for chemotherapy. I cannot express in words how grateful I am for every single day I have with my Chloe!
Absolutely awesome facility!! Dr. Aston was our Heidi's doctor and she was so good with her and very informative about Heidi's condition. Although she isn't one of their regular staff Drs, she sure needs to be! Girls at reception desk were also very friendly! People's pets are more than just animals there. They love them like they are their own. Thanks for taking care of our little girl.
We brought Boots (our lab mix) to Blue Pearl based on a referral from our vet in Huntsville, AL to see an internal medicine doctor to diagnose a potential issue that he saw on ultrasound. Saw Dr Jenna Ashton (and her intern, whose name escapes me) as well as Dr. Chrisopher Reeder (dermatology). The staff at Blue Pearl was EXCELLENT. If you ever have any problems with a pet that needs immediate attention or the pet has a major medical issue I highly recommend Blue Pearl!! They saved my dogs life and I am forever grateful to them! They are great at what they do and I would not have my Finley if it weren’t for them. �
If u care at all about ur animals, stay away from here! 1347.00 for 24 hours and a dead Puppy! Never once did bloodwork to see what could be wrong. Treated him for low blood sugar only. All they want is their money. When I got there to get the puppy, he died in my arms. The puppy's gum. We're solid white indicating there was no blood in that puppy's system. They wanted me to leave him another 2 days for 800-1000 dollars per day! They knew that puppy was dying and he suffered all day long just to ramp up the bill!
This place is poorly run! would never recommend. They have unfriendly staff that is not educated.
I can't believe I didn't write this review sooner, but it popped up on my TimeHop today that a year ago today was when my 5-month-old (at the time) French Bulldog puppy took a horrible tumble and broke his leg in three different places. The first emergency vet that I went to told me that they could not fix his leg, but that they could amputate it for $2,000.
