I am truly blown away by the compassion that your staff has. Our sweet Daphne doggie crossed over the rainbow bridge a month ago, and your staff was remarkable. It was obviously an incredibly difficult decision and time, especially since it all happened randomly in the middle of the night. They were so kind to Daphne and us. Our family can't express with words how thankful we were last week when we had to use your services in the middle of the night. There was so much love and compassion to our family and our sweet baby as it was time to let her go. Thank you for your extra kindness shown with our final bill. You helped in a very difficult time.
We had to go at 8pm at night for our injured dog. First time. Very easy, very professional and they got our dog back to look at her as soon as we got there. They were great and luckily nothing major with our dog. Grateful to know we have this after hours in Williamson County.
New to the state and didn't have a vet yet, our baby girl broke out in hives. Had an amazing experience everyone was friendly and they took her back immediately. Talked to a gentleman that was also there and he couldn't say enough about how great they were. Definitely will be our go to for any emergency for our four legged babies. 🐶🐶
The entire staff is very friendly and made me and Cowboy feel very comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
Wonderful staff and Dr. Ross was patient in waiting for our decision regarding our cat. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do.
