Very professional from receptions to vet tech. They made a bad situation as smooth as possible. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and kept us posted as much as possible. I was very impressed!
Courteous staff, outstanding service. Compassionate and caring would be the best way to describe the people working at BluePearl. Our main experience was with Dr. Rice. She was thorough and really took her time with our cat. This was especially important, since our cat was at the end of her life. There was really nothing else that could be done for her. Dr. Rice could not have handled it more professionally or with more compassion. I would highly recommend this office.

Speedy is 13 and had his gall bladder removed. He did wonderful and the staff and physicians were awesome. They didn’t mind at all how many times we called to check on out sweet boy. He is on his way home after a two night stay. We can’t thank Blue Pearl enough for saving his life. Also they took him in the same day as his ultrasound and did the surgery.
They are very through with there testing. Shows a lot of concern for you and your pet. They have been there for me not only for Trinity but for my cinnapuppy too!
I'm not sure there is enough words to describe my gratitude to the vets here. My 1 year old husky, Chinook, went in hardly able to breath. I knew he was slowly dieing and my normal vet had misdiagnosed him. The vets here immediately got Chinook into an oxygen kennel and on antibiotics and IVS. The vet came out and say down with us, laying out exactly what the next steps would be and everything we could possibly know. They let me go back into their facility and see Chinook and see where he was going to be and made me feel so ... read more
I brought my Ninja kitty there around Christmas on emergency for an ultrasound. She had unknown cause of diarrhea and anorexia. As a fellow licensed veterinary technician, I had high expectations. They greatly exceeded them! I was greeted and Ninja was immediately triaged and taken for vitals. Everyone who handled her was sweet and gentle. The doctors were amazing and smart!
