I'm so glad this place is near my home. They were wonderful with my dog after she experienced complications from a surgery. Very thorough, detailed explanation of her diagnosis and treatment. They were both professional and caring, and helped us get through a very difficult and confusing time. I highly recommend them for your pet. *That being said, the office staff was very unfriendly. The staff at the Hope Center is wonderful -- they're smart and kind, and they make treating a serious medical condition as pleasant as it can be. I can't thank them enough for saving and diagnosing my cat, as well as improving her quality of life. If your pet needs care for something serious/specialized, this place is top notch.
Took my pup here with a broken leg.. After the exam, The Dr. recommended a splint with weekly bandage changes. Well I'm happy to say after 5 weeks, and being very particular with the activity restriction. I have a normal, fully healed German Shepherd that if I didn't tell you he had a broken leg, you'd never know. He runs, jumps and plays. They took very good care of him, and was extremely helpful. We are SO thankful for the excellent care and compassion we received at Hope!! Truly the John's Hopkins of veterinary care! Words can not adequately convey how impressed we are with the doctor and vet techs. Cady was not just another dog to them..they really go out of their way to not only provide excellent medical care...but to also care about your pet and their human family. They staff is warm and friendly. The checking and out process was fast and easy.
I would have given 5 starts. But it was a little on the pricey side, even for an emergency vet and speciality clinic. I am a certified vet tech and at 3am in a new city I just moved to, I had no idea where to go! I googled this hospital and in so glad I came! My seizing, hypoglycemic dog was so happy and her care was excellent. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in an emergency or any type of specialty needs.
