Thank you to the compassionate staff on the morning my dog Jake went to the Rainbow Bridge.
While we never like or want to visit the emergency vet, the few times that we've had to take Ellie, our 15 year old Pitt bull, the staff, vets and vet techs have always been caring, compassionate and kind, including yesterday's Thanksgiving visit. Thank you for all you do to care for our furry family members!
The vets and vet tech team at Hope of Rockville are truly some of the most kind hearted , warm, and empathetic people I have come across . While the outcome was unfortunate , the care and love they showed (especially Tracey and Lauren) was astounding and will always be remembered. Thank you for the love you and your team showed me and my beloved pug Mandu ❤️.
My foster Pug with Mutts Matter Rescue was having trouble breathing and suddenly collapsed. We rushed him to Hope. He had stopped breathing in the car and when we arrived they began working on him right away. The staff was very compassionate during this difficult time and I would recommend them to everyone.
These vets and techs take great care of their puppy patients. :-)
The whole team at Hope saved our dog. We will forever be grateful! They are the best.
My dog, ben, went hiking and burnt his back paws. We came in and the staff rushed to help me get him out of my car because he couldn't walk. Everyone was polite and attentive. His doctor went over everything we needed to know and kept me updated on how he was doing. Highly recommended by both Ben and myself!
We arrived with Chicka our beloved cat. After several doctor have seen her and no one could figure how to help her. She wasn't herself. She stopped eating, playing and mostly sleeping. We were afraid we are about to lose her. It was very hard to understand why Chicka was acting strange. Eventually we figured out the she had an Abscess that caused the trouble!
