Great friendly staff who helped us through a difficult injury with our 4 year old Lab Mix. We were referred there by VCA in Gaithersburg to see a Neurologist. Our dog ended up staying the night, we called before going to bed and were able to talk to the tech who would be watching her overnight and were encouraged to call if we "woke up at 2am and just want to know how she is!" - what a relief to not be made to feel foolish for worrying about our pup. BWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! THESE PEOPLE KILLED OUR SONS CHIHUAHUA!! Please see my review on Yelp for a detailed review. I took Lola there on January 12 and Dr. Karena Joung explained to me that Lola needed a sm as Lloyd amount of fluid removed her abdomen to make her comfortable until she could be seen by her vet. Joung explained that she must be cautious and only remove a small amount of fluid as removing too much will be detrimental to Lola. I really liked the office and the staff. Dr. Carr and her staff take excellent care with your precious little ones. I feel confident in her knowledge of a birds and how to treat them. My bird was pretty sick when I brought him in and they have him on the road to recovery. I see a big difference in his health.
My dog Anna is at the Hope Advanced Veterinary Center fighting with diabetes. I'm thankful that they was able to bring her blood glucose level down to 207, much better than what it was last night when she was admitted at 416. I'm praying that she will be coming home soon. Thank you for all that you have done.
I found my self in a situation in the ER with my 5 year old baby girl and i was there February 2016!!! And these people all they did was took blood test and found my dog was really sick and all they told me was the best to do was to put my dog down ! When i really didnt want ! All they was saying is that the money that was loan to me wasnt enough that i needed more so basically i wasted 2000 dollars on nothing all just to find out she had to many problems and complications They didnt even help !
