Worst experience I've ever had buying a product. I would not recommend buying anything from them. I would definitely not let them service my **. Don't fall for the ** Complete extended warranty which does not cover any factory defects that you might find after the initial 1 year and even then they hit you with hidden service fees. Two times my camper was there and each time they damaged something. Exploded a battery on my rock gaurd severely damaging it and bent my electric ***** Be advised, steer clear.
Never buy anything from the Blue Compass RV company they have a no return policy and their salepeople are rude about it. Like the parts manager in ************ Mi told me they are not a *******. I bought some trailer steps for my trailer in **** and they were the wrony one tried to exchange them in ************. Mi and was told they could not help. And if they ordered me another set of steps and they were ordered wrong again I would be stucked with both sets. I avise that no one buy anything from any Blue Compass RV Store.
this company is terrible. i bought a used motorhome and it broke down about 4 hours away from the sales lot in ********* ark. called next day to let them know and was told to call roadside assistance started up rv and all warning lights went off so headed down the road . about 5 hours all lights came on again ,stayed in hotel cause generator would not start, next morning left hotel drove 3 hours and lights came on ,stayed in truck stop no a/c , left next morning almost to ***** border had to stop in ************* , we drove ... read more
Bought a brand new camper in Spring 2024. We have had nothing but issues. The worst part about it is the service department at the *******, ** store is nothing but insufficient. Can never get ahold of anyone, takes months to fix something. Currently the main ** isnt working and no one cares. I have three kids including an infant and already booked trips for the summer. They have no intentions of fixing it before any trips no matter what Ive said. They wont even see it for diagnosing.
We purchased a used 2017 Jayco Precept Class A Motorhome from the **********, ** location on 5/30/25 . Said was unit listed on FB Marketplace where it was stated the vehicle was located in **********, however, the vehicle was actually located at the *******, ** location. Requested to have the vehicle brought to the ** location but advised by sales *** that location did not sell/service Class A motorhomes, therefore, possession had to be in **********. ****** ****** ************** service advisor took immediate efforts to fix a ******************* I was experiencing. Not only did he take care of the problem with the tech, it was done quickly and efficiently.and he cares about customers and their needs.First rate ******!
Walked in spoke w/ ******, she was wonderful and made the process exciting, as we did our walk through, we had been told by ****** that the recliners would be replaced with new ones with cup holders and massaging as the ones being replaced had. Once we decided to buy the (used) 2019 Jayco, they exchanged ****** w/ ***** to complete our paperwork.
