Blue Compass was happy to wire my car and sell me a ECHO Mobile brake controller. Turns out I could have had the work done so much cheaper. ****, should have done more research on RV work. Salesman/mechanic talked me into an *********** Brake Controller which I really don't want. Tried to return it, unused and still in original package. "Sorry. We don't issue refunds."I will not use or recommend Blue Compass.

Airstream of Tampa Misled Me, Left Me Unsafe, and Cost Me Thousands My nephew went missing. I purchased what I was told was a new Airstream Bambi from your ***** location to search for him. Worst experience ever trying to buy a 2017 newmar Dutch star. Went June 19th. Our sales person ****** was amazing. She tried her best but management and service was the big problem. Slide motor was bad and took them past July 14th to even get one. My husband called Newmar personally and they said they could get it to him in 2 days if he was a dealer. 2025 **** Geneva 24VS, defective parts parts from the factory, headlight switch, windshield, water heater, engine cover, door lock isssues, solar controller, coach batteries, bathroom door hinges, kitchen sink drain, missing cup holders, this RV is only 5 months old and this is only some of the problems so far!
Shame on us for not doing a better job of vetting Blue Compass RV. I have been waiting to write this as I do not like doing bad reviews but it is time to warrant this review. Made the mistake of buying a travel trailer from them. They have no service department. They do not answer phone calls or service a factory problem. I just tried to order a cable for my 2023 Quest from parts at BLUE COMPASS RV in ***********.. I was just told 5 minutes ago that I cannot pay for it over the phone! I must go into the store in person to pay for it! It is 1.5 to 2 hour round trip to go there. They won't Zelle, can't use ******, no credit cards over the phone at all, REALLY?? Worst experience I've ever had buying a product. I would not recommend buying anything from them. I would definitely not let them service my **. Don't fall for the ** Complete extended warranty which does not cover any factory defects that you might find after the initial 1 year and even then they hit you with hidden service fees. Two times my camper was there and each time they damaged something. Exploded a battery on my rock gaurd severely damaging it and bent my electric ***** Be advised, steer clear.
Never buy anything from the Blue Compass RV company they have a no return policy and their salepeople are rude about it. Like the parts manager in ************ Mi told me they are not a *******. I bought some trailer steps for my trailer in **** and they were the wrony one tried to exchange them in ************. Mi and was told they could not help. And if they ordered me another set of steps and they were ordered wrong again I would be stucked with both sets. I avise that no one buy anything from any Blue Compass RV Store.
