We purchased a 2026 JAYCO *** Flight SLX 175FQ RV, and the air conditioning unit is extremely loud. We returned it to Blue Compass RV in *******, and a woman in the service department told us it would cost $2,000 to replace the unit.She explained that the noise level is considered normal for the factory-installed air conditioner, even though its brand new. Wow, reading complaints wish i would've done before my own debacle with them in ******. Rv advertised at ***** miles. Saw rv (asked if others in my range/requirements were available) went home and called in deposit. Was guaranteed ********************** would be fully operational and rv gone over, detailed for pickup the following week.Following week, at loan signing informed it wasnt ***** miles as advertised (and discussed in person with salesperson on lot)it was 125500.!Freezer had to be disconnected because unit is not f... read more

Blue compass of ****************. Misrepresented odometer reading. Was told vehicles had 700 miles. Went to look at the vehicle was shown a screen with 958 miles they wrote that in the sale. When I took vehicle home I flipped through the screen it found it had almost 1800 miles on it. I called, messaged and emailed rite away. Blue Compass was happy to wire my car and sell me a ECHO Mobile brake controller. Turns out I could have had the work done so much cheaper. ****, should have done more research on RV work. Salesman/mechanic talked me into an *********** Brake Controller which I really don't want. Tried to return it, unused and still in original package. "Sorry. We don't issue refunds."I will not use or recommend Blue Compass.

Airstream of Tampa Misled Me, Left Me Unsafe, and Cost Me Thousands My nephew went missing. I purchased what I was told was a new Airstream Bambi from your ***** location to search for him. Worst experience ever trying to buy a 2017 newmar Dutch star. Went June 19th. Our sales person ****** was amazing. She tried her best but management and service was the big problem. Slide motor was bad and took them past July 14th to even get one. My husband called Newmar personally and they said they could get it to him in 2 days if he was a dealer. 2025 **** Geneva 24VS, defective parts parts from the factory, headlight switch, windshield, water heater, engine cover, door lock isssues, solar controller, coach batteries, bathroom door hinges, kitchen sink drain, missing cup holders, this RV is only 5 months old and this is only some of the problems so far!

Shame on us for not doing a better job of vetting Blue Compass RV. I have been waiting to write this as I do not like doing bad reviews but it is time to warrant this review. Made the mistake of buying a travel trailer from them. They have no service department. They do not answer phone calls or service a factory problem. Their answer is industry average is 45 days so we do not need to do anything until after the 45 days. The sewer system is clogged and the gate valve on grey tank does not work.
