At this point I would have to blame management for not correcting the continuous issues with service. If they're reading reviews, then they are aware.
Been here several times hoping for improvement because it's so close to home. Food has improved, but service is still awful.
Spent the afternoon playing cornhole on the huge patio enjoying delicious brews, went inside and had some tasty wings. Great place!
This is a very cool place! Great atmosphere! Decent food! Pretty good beer but we had terrible service! There were 10 in our group! Our waitress was very unfriendly didn't introduce herself among a few other things! I will go back but hopefully it will be different!
This place is great. Ever evolving and things get tightened up as time progresses. Great beer menu and food is good as well. It is still finding its way in terms of perfecting a menu and certain dishes but it is on its way to becoming a landmark in the area for years to come!
My husband and I stopped in today after two previous bad experiences. Again, we were let down. We both sat in the bar and it took 10 mins for a waitress to show up. We ordered cokes since we aren't impressed with their beers. After our drinks arrived, we placed our food order- hubs got a Cuban sandwich, which he said was ok and I got the pulled pork nachos, which were awful! Pork was cold and only about 10-12 nachos! $30.00 for that meal was awful. After 3 times, we won't be back. P.S. Service is horribly slow!
Hostess hates people and has no customer service skills, general manager wouldn't let us outside because a "huge super cell, tornado like winds" are coming in 35 minutes.... (35 min ago.....). This place is pretty awful. Don't waste your time.
Seriously. I never do this... Because I'm in the service industry... But this place has the worst service I have EVER EXPERIENCED!! I don't have high standards. But in what restaurant/bar is it ok to tell us we are capped out for the number of people in our party?! We aren't allowed another table or allowed to have any more chairs. We aren't allowed to go outside because it "might" rain?!? We are doing a work outing and tried to call ahead but they didn't allow that either. Everything was amazing (food and beer) accept our waiter was terribly slow. It wasn't even that busy.
