Drinks are good & the food is not bad. What needs improvement is the service. Out of the 3 times I've been there, only once was the service above par.

The food is always good and the atmosphere is awesome, but every time we go the service is lacking. All are friendly, just extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for our waiter to show up while we sat outside. After he came the first time he was very attentive so maybe it was communication between the hostess and wait staff. We keep trying because the area needs a place like Blind Owl. I also keep hoping the staff will get better.
I've been here now several times, and have yet to be disappointed with the quality of food and service. The brewery is just as beautiful inside as it is outside with the patios and string lighting. Their seasonal beers are great, especially the Phantom Forrest (Oktoberfest) . The burgers are great as I've had four off the menu, and the chips n salsa are hands down the best, fresh made salsa, not watered down tomato paste. Beer was great, food was great! I would come back for sure! It was lunch time!
Omg. Waited over 35 min to get a beer, then I ordered the special on the chalk board strawberry salad and waiter said oh we don't have those specials today they were from yesterday. Wow. They just forgot and left the chalkboard there all day long. The waiter did not know what the beers they had and what they were out if. It was a joke. They don't have good management there. Bad. Don't think we will be back here again.
This place is so cute and the service staff is extremely sweet...Not to mention they have excellent chicken tenders and fries. Will definitely come back more often!
