I was there with a large party of people last night. At first we had 2 servers then it was 1. I only ordered a glass of wine but the other 30 people ordered food and beverages. The 1 server Zack finally checked on our party way later after food came. It took at least 25 min for appetizers to come then at least another 25-35 min for entrees. We had missing food which finally was brought. We ended up finding water and tea pitchers to refill some of our drinks. Those w alcohol drinks couldn't get refills. I have used Blind Owl twice for private events and both have been excellent experiences. The staff assigned to our group both times were extremely helpful, patient and nice (dealing with a LOT of people!). Food has always been good and drinks are phenomenal. Highly reccomend!
We had our team Christmas party here and had a great experience! The staff was great, the food came out quickly, and the room was decorated nicely. Everyone had a great time! Thanks!
The staff was awesome and very attentive to our big group! Chicken Montes was amazing, there's more then plenty of choices for authentic beers not seen in Indy yet! I chose the Carmel pecan molasses, beyond yummy!! Thanks for the awesome hospitality!!
I enjoy this place a lot! The beer selection is awesome and they have a variety of choices in regards to mixed drinks as well! The food is delicious and staff attentive and friendly
Awesome food, atmosphere and prices! Accommodated a big crowd we had while in town from Pa. And did a great job! !
Relaxed fun atmosphere, great food and server very knowledgeable about the beer selection. What other call poor service I see as laid back, no pressure. Will definitely go back.
