I was lucky I got there a little after seven there was nobody in the waiting room. They got a little information from me and the lady at the desk touched my hand and asked if i just put lotion on. I said no, right away she took my bp (195/ 95) etc etc then they took me in a room. Dr was wonderful the full time i was there , the nurse, assistant,even lady who came in to admit me A1. I really like this hosp ,considering I was from out of town and never use them before they were great

I am a visitor from New England. Went to er. And immediately was attended to and put on a heart monitor. .. the care and the attention I received was unreal..I can't say enough about the staff. Doctors fir all they did.......
Compassionate and attentive nurses and doctors! The care is wonderful and makes a hospital stay comfortable as can be for patients.
Very good, and efficient care, even though I was there for close to 4 hours. I was never neglected.. and the staff was very pleasant!
Excellent care with smiles. The nurses are wonderful, even the volunteers have a smile. My husbands journey started as a trauma patient transferred from another hospital when he needed an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in hands. The doctor only had a window of 3-4 hours to reattach 2 fingers to regain blood flow. Microscopically 8 hrs later his fingers were successfully reattached. He has had 4 more surgeries, and we are thankful he was at Blake Medical.
Thank you to everyone from pre-op to OR to PACU to 5 North. Y'all are the absolute best and I'm blessed to have such amazing caregivers and coworkers.
