Absolutely horrible "treatment" if you want to call it that by Ryan Upham PA. To ulter treatment due to a patients appearance is wrong and against the oath you took. The CFO WILL be receiving a call from me tomorrow.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the doctors and staff at Blake Medical Center Trauma center for going above and beyond your normal duties yesterday to accommodate my family in our darkest hours. You all went out of your way to allow us as much access and information as you could give. I would also like to apologize to all of you for the disturbance and distraction from your jobs as we all were a bit much to handle. THANK YOU
My experience was HORRIBLE. Admitted for non emergency procedure I was in the shower at 3am when a nurse came in and told me to get out because the water was leaking thou to the floor below. When I got out black flies flew out of the drain and stuck to the wall. I had to put a towel under the door so they wouldn't get in the room. My bed was never changed and when my physician asked the administration to talk to me about my experience they refused.
My sister was at Blake. Her IV was so awful and painful the whole time she was in the hospital. The nurses when asked to restart her IV would not because it was "too hard to get". She wouldnt move her arm the whole 3 days she was in the hospital.
