Going to stick with Masano for any service issues. Your salesmen may be great but the service department could use better customer service skills. Thought we would give you a try but I guess a recall wasn't important enough even though we may have brought our business to you.

We just bought our second vehicle from Twin Pines. Josh was sales person this time. We got a fair deal for sure. They went way out of there way on a situation that happened after the sale. They would not have to have taken care of this situation but the sales manager DJ did with a smile stand up company stand up group. Give them a try you will not be unhappy you did so.

Bill Boerstler is friendly, understanding, and knows what he’s talking about. His team made car buying easy and they even stayed after hours to complete my purchase. If you need your next vehicle purchase I would recommend twin pine ford. It’s that great I drove two hours to buy my car.
Twin Pine Ford is the best. I just got my new F-150 and the service I got at the dealership was 5 star.
They are really good, they help you with everything and anything you ask. And their customer service are awesome. Also their lobby has free snacks and drinks lol
