I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 after 6 months of waiting to find that prefect truck for me , the salesman (Jeff ) was awesome , a very honest, down to earth guy that was a great help. My experience with other representatives there was as outstanding. My truck was clean, prepared just right and the buying experience exceeded my expectations , that is what customer service is! I would highly recommend this dealership .

Went here with an appointment scheduled to test drive a 2016 Camry. Arrived and set up with a sales associate. He let us know they couldn’t find the keys to the car we drove 35 minutes to see. Then tried to sell us different cars, including a 2018 Toyota that was $2k more and out of our price range. We left after an hour and a half of our time was wasted sitting in their offices. Twin Pine has the best new truck pricing around, hands down.
We had an excellent experience at Twin Pine Ford. Josh allowed us time on our own to explore the lot with no pressure, but when we were ready to move forward, he walked us through the process so smoothly. We compared prices online, and Twin Pine was definitely competitive! We got a great car at a very fair price!
Highly recommend! Everyone is awesome and Derek was amazing to work with! We will be back in the summer to buy a new truck!
